A Hundred Years

of Egyptian Presidents

Yousef Sabry

A Hundred Years of Egyptian Presidents, is a token if assessment and criticism of the role of president in Egypt. This project protests the 2019 constitutional referendum, that has allowed a cycle of dictatorship to return to Egypt after its dismantling in 2011. The primary objective is to design artifacts of the future Egyptians want to see rather than the one we are condemned to, Secondly as an honestly articulated history of Egypt’s presidents.
